Been going here for 15+ years. I am doing this review now, because it was quite frankly the first time they asked me for a review. The assistant manager, Tristan Ramos handed me a card and politely asked for a review. The Eager Beaver management can thank him for his review. Always felt like EB does the best job overall job in my area. So we decided to try the unlimited car wash. Buy 2 months get one free. Today the staff was super friendly. They were all laughing while working which was great to see. Would be cool if they had a camera outside so you could see how long the lines are before coming. Also I really came here today to buy a funny Father’s Day card for my dad.

I’m a business owner and Fleet manager, who was looking for a car wash to keep my fleet clean. The first week of May was my first time using eager beaver. I decided to become an unlimited outside, wash only member. When I signed up, the lady told me next time you come you will stay all the way out side of the building and drive around and just get lined up and go into the wash bay. so yesterday that’s what I did. this would have been my second wash with them, but when I drove around the building and lined myself up to go in a female whose name is supposed to be Emerald stuck her head out from behind a wall and said (what are you doing?) with a very ugly and rude attitude she made me feel like an idiot. I was already unsure of what I was doing. I thought I was doing what I was told. And I was certainly doing what all of the signs said to do if I was a member. I felt so stupid and disrespected at the same time that I backed out and drove away. Now I paid for a monthly membership and got only one wash out of it. I would not recommend eager beaver. I also would not recommend eager beaver to continue employing this woman she obviously hates being at work. And it’s very clear that she can

First time comer keep that in mind...In case your wondering what the best they have to offer and the price you'll pay look no further it's $350.00...yes thats right Tree Fiddy😂...I say it's overpriced when you dont get what you pay for...All in all the car was better I will say that...Hope this helps the next person Decide before coming and I looked at the reviews before hand this is a common complaint with the center consoles being still dirty...some photos are not the best and some of them are hard to make out but at this price I was told it was gonna be showroom quality...I guess it's just one person working on the detail for 2hrs that's not enough to fully detail alone...when I do it it takes upwards of 6 to 8 hrs alone and that's having to put up and take everything out...I was thinking they was gonna have a whole team working it(2021 Honda Civic hatchback) so it's not a huge car.. regardless cars cleaner then before have a wonderful day🙏

I returned to Eager Beaver the next day, and informed the staff & management that I was contacted by the regional manager. They did run my vehicle through the car was again, and wiped it down. After the staff dried and wiped my vehicle off, Delia (Location Manager) called me over and asked if the vehicle looked ok. I pointed out the running boards and the mats again, "She" clean them herself. Delia was very nice and made sure that I was ok with the cleaning. I guess I would now give Eager Beaver 3 Stars because all the cleaning should have been done by the employees, and not have to be topped off by Delia/manager. I would give Delia 10 Gold stars. Delia went that extra mile for the customer. $34.99 + tax, floormat, running boards, and center console still dirty,,,, water spots on mirror and passenger side door. I was hoping that they had changed from when I used them several years ago,,, but! And when I used them several years ago and would tell- actually Show them the problem, OH WOW! So, I'm going to take my auto back today. Wish me luck 🙏!
